well indian sports had a fantastic 2010 .common wealth games ,asian games,davis cup victory raise of saina nehwal etc...it was almost a bright 2010...

by winning common wealthgames 2010 and asiangames 2010 somdev showed why he is india's the best player,legends like mahesh bhupathi and leander paes calls somdev has iron man of indian tennis ,by taking india to world group in davis cup somdev once again showed his class,according to somdev he want india to win davis cup thats his dream too he is gone participate in chennai open 2011 wishing him all the best

what a fantastic year saina had,having created history at the indonesian open on june 21 2009 by becoming the 1st indian to lay claim to a super series crown,saina's success graph hit a new high .3 more super series triumphs and the commonwealth games gold has given her a permanent membership asian games failure is a mere blip
badminton's super seris is an examination of one's skills and stamina at the highest level of competition across 12 countries she lifted 4 tittles in five atempts including back to back crowns (indian open,singapore open) her gold winning performance against malaysia's choo wong on the cwg final day helped india pip england to second place on medal tally ,she completed the year 2010 by winning hong kong open and showed chinese that she is a champ

NO ONE WOULD HAVE IMAGINED THIS 18 YR OLD KID WILL MAKE HISTORY at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, when he won a Silver in Men's vault and a Bronze in Men's floor to become the most successful Indian gymnast in Commonwealth Games history, AND HE WON BRONZE IN ASIAN GAMES 2010 TOO..HIS DREAM his to win medal in olympic









THE GUY WHO MADE HISTORY :VIRDHAWAL KHADE

He is the Indian National Record-holder in the 50 m, 100 m, 200 m and 400m Freestyle events and in the 50 m Butterfly event.
He is the youngest ever Indian swimmer to qualify for an Olympics. Although he did not qualify for the semifinals of the 100m freestyle at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he did finish first in his heat (Heat 3) and set a new personal best of 50.07 seconds placing him 42nd overall. He came 48th in the 200 m freestyle and 32nd in the 50 m.n 16th November, 2010 Virdhawal Khade became the first Indian swimmer since Khajan Singh to win a medal at the Asian Games when he went on to capture the Bronze in the 50m Butterfly event at the 16th Asian Games, Guangzhou, China.
